Version 2.7 APSIM Upgrade Released

GrainGrowers are pleased to announce recent developments to ProductionWise.

APSIM v7.7 Yield Simulations

APSIM has been upgraded to provide the latest code base for simulating crop yield predictions including:

• The ability to simulate?more crop varieties
• Additional soil characterisations are now available in some regions
• ProductionWise now supports sorghum crop type

Crop Tracker

• Status indicator of required information to assist with simulating accurate yield?predictions
• Status indicator provides the ability to see what critical operation details?are missing
• Crop Tracker chart?now shows simulated crop growth stage

Seasonal Climate

• Ability to export 10-day seasonal climate data for?current and?previous years
• Subscribers now receive a 10-daily climate summary email for each farm mapped
• Summary includes year to date rainfall, soil moisture and drought index

Adviser Functionality

• Ability to view clients farm map based on colour coded crop type

Site Optimization & Bug Fixes
